Build a BEACH STROLLER

Do you Need Help?

We Could Use Your Help!

How to convert a jogging stroller into a Beach Stroller, I used an InStep Safari TT

Materials:

Go to
http://www.wheeleez.com/  for wheels, axles and casters

1-Aluminum Axle - 44" X 1" diameter (CUT TO SIZE, they hang over edge by 8 ¼ min)

2-Quick Clip Pins (They sell in set of four)

2-Rear Wheels ,
42cm wheel with 1" axles WZ1-42UC

1 Caster Housing-Swivel

1 front wheel
WZ1-30UC

6-“U’ BOLTS (TO FIT OVER JOGGING STROLLER FRAME)

Step 1-Remove rear wheels from stroller
Step 2-Insert rear WHEELEEZ wheels into rear axle
Step 3-“U’ bolt the axle to rear frame of jogging stroller (It will be wider the stroller, you can cut it down some and redrill a hole for the retaining clip, I found that if you measure the width of the stroller then add 17” works well, however, each stroller is different, so adjust accordingly before cutting axle).
Step 4-Remove front wheel
Step 5-“U” bolt on caster for front wheel
Step 6 Install front wheel and you are done
